I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER. AND NOW?

If there is any problem with the purchased product, please contact us within the first 72 hours after received product verified by the tracking code.

MONSTER BOARDS does not remove collect products for exchange. This process takes place with the Post Office or carrier under the conditions described below:

BY OUR ERROR

If the product shipped has a defect or error, you have the right to return it. We will exchange or refund your money, according to availability in stock and your preferences. In the case of money back, this process will be done after the order arrives at our store, so that your case can be analyzed. If an error is found in the order or product defect, your refund will be made.

AT THE CUSTOMER'S WILL

If there is a need to exchange a product because of its size or for any reason other than the shops error, the shipping of the new product is at the customer's back and forth (return). The new product will be shipped after we receive your return. In this case, the exchange will only be made if the product received is in perfect condition and unused. You can make the return request within 7 (seven) days after receiving your order, but be aware of our return rules:

- All items of the return request must be sent by the customer;

- The product must be returned in its original packaging;

- The product must not contain signs of use;

- The product must contain all labels intact;

- The product must be sent together with the invoice, manuals and accessories. If the rules are not met, the items in the return request will be returned to the customer after new payment shipment sent.
